Returns & Exchanges

At MyPoorPurse, we want you to love your fashion finds; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags still attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your MyPoorPurse account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact to avoid any processing delays.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
